Before you book

We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier and PPO, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, United Concordia, and most Blue Cross plans. If you are out-of-network we still file the claim on your behalf and you are reimbursed directly. Call with your member ID and we will verify your specific benefits before your appointment, not after.
Roughly a third of our new patients say exactly this. Nobody will lecture you. The first visit is an exam, images, and a conversation about what you want to fix first — we can sequence treatment over months or years to fit your budget, and you decide the pace.
We hold emergency slots open every weekday. Call before 2:00 PM on a business day and you will be seen the same day. After hours and Sundays, the number on our voicemail reaches the on-call doctor directly, not an answering service.
Always, and in writing. Every treatment plan leaves this office with the fee, the estimated insurance portion, and your out-of-pocket total itemized per tooth. If anything changes mid-treatment we stop and talk to you first.
Yes, from the first birthday onward, and we schedule families back-to-back so you make one trip. For complex pediatric surgical needs we refer to a board-certified pediatric specialist we have worked with for a decade.
