Digital X-rays
About 90% less radiation than the film we all grew up with, and the image is on the screen before you sit up. Bitewings yearly, full series every three to five.
Tooth-coloured fillings
Composite only — we stopped placing amalgam in 2014. With the Solea laser most fillings need no injection at all.
Root canals & extractions
Straightforward molar endodontics and routine extractions are done here. Genuinely complicated retreatments go to an endodontist two miles away, and we will tell you honestly which yours is.
Night guards & sports guards
If you grind, a $600 guard is considerably cheaper than the four crowns grinding eventually costs. Scanned digitally, so there is no impression tray and no second fitting appointment.

Same-day crowns.
A crown normally takes two appointments and two weeks, with a plastic temporary in between that comes off while you are eating something you were warned about. We scan the tooth, design the crown on screen, and mill it out of a ceramic block in the back room while you answer email.

Routine care, answered.
Twice a year suits most healthy mouths. If you have periodontal disease, smoke, are diabetic or pregnant, three to four times a year genuinely changes outcomes. If your gums are stable and your home care is good, we will tell you that too — we do not upgrade healthy patients to quarterly visits to fill the schedule.
Bitewings yearly for most adults, and a full series every three to five years. Decay between teeth is invisible to the eye until it is large, and a yearly bitewing at modern digital doses is roughly equivalent to a few hours of background radiation. If you are low-risk and cavity-free for years, we will stretch the interval.
For single crowns, yes — the materials are the same monolithic ceramics a laboratory uses, and the digital fit is typically better than an impression-based one because nothing distorts on the way to the lab. For complex aesthetic cases across the front teeth we still use a master ceramist, because layered hand-built porcelain looks better than anything a mill can do.
For most small and medium fillings, yes. The Solea laser cuts enamel without the vibration and heat that cause pain, and roughly nine in ten of our composite fillings are now done anesthetic-free. Deep decay close to the nerve still needs numbing, and we will tell you before we start rather than partway through.
